S.F.Marine endeavors to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. However, if the customer chooses to return the product, S.F.Marine accepts returns under the following conditions.

• Refund/Return policy is not applicable on certain products. Read product description for details before purchase.
• Returns are not accepted on deeply discounted products.
• Products other than apparel category will be refunded only in case of damage or artwork completely different from ordered one.
• There will be a 5% error from visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like lighting in LCD and CMYK print schemes.
• Product claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received. Broken/ used/ tampered products are not accepted back.
• Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
• All returns must be in unused conditions with packaging intact.
• Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
• To Self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it via speed post to the address below

• Should write the order id, registered mobile number and Email details on a paper and keep it in the parcel.
• In case of prepaid order the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take 5-7 days.
• In case of cash on delivery orders the refunds will happen instantly in to S.F.Marine  Wallet.

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

1. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.
2. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
3. For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.100 in your account.
4. If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs.150.
5. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
6. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
7. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
8. If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.100.

How long the refund procedure takes ?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your  S.F.Marine as store credits.
